Shipping, Returns & Exchange Policy

1. National Shipping

Domestic orders are generally delivered within 3-5 business days. Orders paid for by credit card may take 1-3 days for delivery once shipped, while Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may take 2-5 days.

For silver and precious jewellery, the delivery timeline is approximately 8-10 business days.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, product availability, and courier service.

2. International Shipping

International orders are generally delivered within 10-14 business days.

Saturdays, Sundays, and Indian national holidays are not considered business days for standard deliveries.

Please note: International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, the tracking details will be shared with you via email and SMS.

4. Customs and Import Duties

Customs duties, import taxes, and other applicable charges for international orders are not included in the product price or shipping charges.

Customers are responsible for paying any applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency, such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other courier partners, upon receiving the relevant invoice.

If a customer refuses to pay the applicable duties and taxes, resulting in the shipment not being accepted or delivered, Tribe By Soku will not be able to entertain a refund request on these grounds.

5. Returns and Exchanges

At Tribe By Soku, we take pride in creating our products with care and attention to detail. Every finished piece undergoes quality checks before being dispatched to ensure that it meets our quality standards.

If you experience any issues with a product you receive, we are here to assist you.

Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable. No monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

If your return request is approved, you may be issued a credit note that has no expiration date.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

A one-time return or exchange may be considered if:

- You receive a product with a verified manufacturing or quality defect.
- You receive an incorrect product that differs from the item ordered.

This policy does not apply to jewellery made with 925 sterling silver or 14KT gold.

Tribe By Soku reserves the right to assess each request individually and determine the appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If you wish to request a return or exchange, please email our customer support team at hello@tribebysoku.com within 2 days of delivery.

Please include the following details in your email:

- Order number
- Delivery address
- Reason for the return or exchange
- Clear photographs of the product, if it is defective or incorrect

Our team will review your request and inform you whether it has been approved.

Reverse Pickup and Processing

If your request for an exchange, replacement, or credit note is approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged within 2-4 business days, where available.

Please ensure that the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.

No return, exchange, or credit note request will be accepted after 7 days from the date of delivery.

Tribe By Soku will make every reasonable effort to expedite the repair or replacement process. However, the complete process, from pickup to delivery of the replacement product, may take up to 15 days.

6. Pre-Orders and Customized Orders

All pre-orders and customized orders require full payment at the time of order confirmation.

Due to the personalized or made-to-order nature of these products, pre-orders and customized orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or replacements.
